Peixe means fish in the Portuguese language. Our family comes from the beautiful islands of Portugal, specifically the Azores, where there are a total of 9 islands in the mid-Atlantic Ocean.

In my family, fishing has always been a cherished tradition. My grandparents loved going fishing, spending the whole day out at sea, and then coming home to celebrate with joy. The thought of fishing always brings happiness because it meant we would have a delicious meal to enjoy together.

This tradition of fishing has been passed down to me, and now I am sharing it with my sons. It's a special way for us to connect with our heritage and create lasting memories together.
